Belco Equities, Inc. develops, constructs, operates, and manages apartment communities in Central Texas. Belco currently operates fourteen (14) multi-family communities totaling 3,498 residences, with plans to add 1,082 more, in the Austin market.

A 634 lot subdivision is planned and permitted east of Austin's airport with construction of lots expected to commence in 2009.

Belco has recently teamed up with a local homebuilder to add its expertise to the construction and marketing of new single-family homes in Central Texas.

This fall (2009) Belco will release to the public for purchase as condominiums in their premier community- Somerset.
